Born and Brought Up in Coimbatore

Kotagiri, in the Nilgiris, is where Sai Pallavi's family traces its ancestral and community roots, and this is likely why some reference sites list it as her birthplace. In her own words, however, Sai Pallavi has confirmed that she is a native of Kotagiri but was born and brought up in Coimbatore.
